(1) Dan's (fatal), Matthew's
(near fatal) & entire family's seasonally chronic
Carbon Monoxide,Furnace
exhaust exposure;
(2) along with PCMC &
Clinic 6's testing data on this Vegetarian mother's blood
and breast milk B12 & other Nutrients;
showing her at excellent vitamin
B12, and her other nutrient provisional levels, for Matthew or any other
gestating or nursing child;
(3) and PCMC's own MRI
done on Matthew and plethora of other medical results discounting
the bogus DCFS and PCMC associated & benefiting physicians "nutritional
neglect" or "substantiated? neglect" claims,
-- was never presented
by the first, nor three more so-called juvenile, Utah "Family
Law" Defense??? lawyers.
-- But, when finally submitted
by our fifth lawyer; all was firmly objected-to (refused)
by DCFS, PCMC and by the Assistant Attorney General, Cliff Peterson,
and was never acknowledged (nor considered) by Judge Kathleen
M Nelson in her final ruling still skewed against this family's freedom
of medical service or any second opinion, and against a proven healthiest
family lifestyle choice! She ruled nothing about a bad furnace!--Then
she immediately recused herself from any more function in this case!

Now the Attorney General
has threatened our good attorney with reprisal for presenting
